A trilateral meeting Russia-Ukraine-European Commission on gas, planned for September 20, is not going to happen.
RIA Novosti informs.
“We have informed the European Commission that the proposed date does not suit us. Another date is discussed,” the agency quotes an official representative of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation.
She explained that the reason for this is “a busy schedule of the Minister.”
The press service of the European Commission also confirmed the transfer of negotiations.
Recall, September 11, Spokesperson of the European Commission for Energy Marlene Holzner said that the next stage of gas trilateral talks will be held on September 20 in Berlin.
