Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada, Ukraine`s parliament, Andriy Parubiy suggests that citizens be allowed as part of ongoing reform of the Rada to attend parliament meetings, according to the Novoe Vremia weekly.
”I will suggest that everyone could have access to the Ukrainian parliament the same way it is common practice in many European countries,” he said in an interview with Novoe Vremya.
