‘Putin’s convoy’ not to be let into Kharkiv region – Avakov

Ukrainian Interior Minister Arsen Avakov has said that the so-called “humanitarian aid convoy” from Russia will not be allowed onto the territory of Kharkiv region.
He wrote this on his Facebook page.
“No ‘humanitarian convoy’ from [Russian President Vladimir] Putin will be admitted through the Kharkiv region’s territory. A provocation by the cynical aggressor on our territory is unacceptable,” Avakov wrote, adding that it is the official position.
Avakov also advised Putin to use this “humanitarian aid” for other purposes.
