Prosecutor General’s Office starts investigation related to MP Horokhov

The Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine started a pretrial investigation in respect of people’s deputy of Ukraine Serhiy Horokhov for his calls to violate the territorial integrity of Ukraine.
Speaker of the Prosecutor General’s Office Yuriy Boichenko told a briefing, a Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“The Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine shall undertake a pretrial investigation in respect of people’s deputy of Ukraine Serhiy Horokhov into his public appeals on the change of the territorial borders or the state border of Ukraine on May 21, 2014, during a visit to Moscow,” Boichenko said.
The PGO representative also noted that the pretrial investigation is continuing in respect of self-proclaimed Crimean “leaders” Konstantinov and Aksenov, who are accused of promoting criminal organizations, capture of state institutions, terrorism, as well as against Slaviansk mayor Nelli Shtepa and Stakhanov mayor Yuriy Borysov, who are now in custody. Criminal proceedings are going on in respect of people’s deputy of Ukraine Oleh Tsariov, who is currently on a wanted list.
