Prices of industrial products in Ukraine rise by 3.6% in April

Industrial producer prices in April 2016 grew by 3.6% compared to March 2016, according to Ukraine`s State Statistics Service.
As reported on the agency`s website, the prices for industrial products increased by 10.1% in April  year-over-year and by 8.2% compared to December 2015.
Pricing in the mining and quarrying grew by 13.1% in April against March and by 10.3% yoy.
The prices in the processing industry increased by 2.3% in April against March, while year-over-year, they grew by 7.2%.
The prices for the supply of electricity, gas and steam rose by 2.9% in April compared to the previous month and by 17.8% yoy.
The report notes that these data exclude the occupied Crimea and Sevastopol, as well as part of the zone of the Anti-Terrorist Operation.
As UNIAN reported earlier, the prices of Ukraine`s industrial producers in March 2016 jumped 4% against February 2016.
In 2015 (December to December), the prices of industrial products in Ukraine rose by 25.4%.
