President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has to submit to the Verkhovna Rada the Association Agreement with the EU September 16, and there will be no delay with its ratification.
Verkhovna Rada Chairman Oleksandr Turchynov said, the parliament’s press service informs.
“There are votes for ratification. As far as I know, September 16, the President has to submit the Association with the EU for ratification to the Verkhovna Rada, and the Parliament will vote this issue immediately,” the Speaker said.
He reminded that the Head of state and the President of the European Parliament agreed on a synchronic ratification of the Agreement. “In any case, we have no right to delay with ratification,” Turchynov stressed.
