President appoints heads of three regional state administrations

Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has appointed the heads of three regional state administrations.
The decrees to that effect were posted on the website of the head of state on Tuesday.
In particular, Oleh Honcharuk was appointed head of Ivano-Frankivsk Regional State Administration. Under another decree, Andriy Trotsenko was dismissed from this post.
The president also signed decrees dismissing Yuriy Tkachenko as chairman of Cherkasy Regional State Administration and re-appointing him to the same post.
In addition, Andriy Putilov was appointed head of Kherson Regional State Administration.
