Poroshenko visits Ukrainian servicemen who undergo rehabilitation in Bulgaria

In the course of the official visit to Bulgaria, Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko visited wounded Ukrainian servicemen who undergo rehabilitation in this country, the president`s press service reports.
Poroshenko expressed gratitude to the medical staff who care for the wounded servicemen who defended freedom of Ukraine and Europe. The president called it a good symbol of bilateral relations between Ukraine and Bulgaria that Ukrainian military and children from Donbas undergo rehabilitation in Bulgaria, the report reads.
”People are proud of you here. Doctors say you are true soldiers who fight for freedom of not only Ukraine, but also Europe,” the Head of State said.
Poroshenko asked servicemen to tell their beloved ones that the President highly appreciates Ukrainian warriors. ”Ukraine is waiting for you. Come back home,” he noted.
The Ukrainian military thanked the President, the people of Ukraine and friendly Bulgarians for an opportunity to undergo rehabilitation.
