Poroshenko: UN Security Council to gather on Donbas on Thursday

Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has announced that the United Nations Security Council will gather on April 28 for an open meeting on escalation in Donbas, the east of Ukraine.
”At 22:00 Kyiv time on April 28, the UN Security Council will gather for an open meeting, which has been initiated by Ukraine`s Permanent Mission to the UN in keeping with my instructions,” Poroshenko tweeted on Wednesday.
In his words, the meeting will focus on escalation in Donbas and Russia`s failure to implement the Minsk peace agreements.
Ukraine will be represented by First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Vadym Prystaiko, Ukraine`s Ministry of Foreign Affairs told UNIAN.
