Poltorak: I clearly understand what to do

Newly appointed Defense Minister Stepan Poltorak knows what to do, but for this he needs the time and support of the parliament.
He said after taking an oath in the Verkhovna Rada, a Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“Ukraine needs peace. A guarantor of this peace can only be the modern, well-trained, mobile and well-equipped Armed Forces of Ukraine. I clearly understand and know what to do. To create the Armed Forces of which the Ukrainian people would be proud and which would be the guarantor of the integrity of our borders, I need time, your support and assistance,” Poltorak said.
He thanked the MPs for the trust and promised to rely in his work on patriots of Ukraine.
