Poland ready to solve crisis in Ukraine as part of ‘Weimar Triangle’

Poland is ready to participate in the settlement of the conflict in Donbas along with Germany and France.
Polish Foreign Minister Grzegorz Schetyna said this was after a meeting with German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier in Berlin, a Ukrinform correspondent reported.
“The proposal to return to the ‘Weimar format,’ i.e. cooperation between Germany, France and Poland, came from Ukraine’s Presidential Administration. We are always ready to do something together,” Schetyna said.
He said that Warsaw and Berlin had a common view on the assessment of the situation, in particular, on the policy of sanctions against Russia.
According to Schetyna, “Weimar will again be in good shape” if France also joins this process.
