OSCE says Russia continues to steal coal from Donbas

Representatives of the OSCE Observer Mission, deployed at Russian border crossings Gukovo and Donetsk in Rostov region, have reported that trucks continue to transport coal from Luhansk region to Russia.
This is a stated in a weekly updated of the OSCE Observer Mission at the Russian checkpoints, UNIAN reported.
“The observer mission observed continued high numbers of dumper trucks transporting coal from Luhansk region to the Russian Federation,” the report says.
The report notes that the observers saw Russian customs officers verifying that the trucks were empty while exiting Russia.
As reported, Russian trucks from the so-called “humanitarian convoy,” while returning to Russia, took out coal from Ukrainian coalmines and equipment from plants.
