OSCE Representative on Freedom of the Media Dunja Mijatovic has called disgraceful and dangerous the use of insignia “Press” by Russian actor Mikhail Porechenkov who fired in Donetsk at the positions of Ukrainian forces in a helmet with the inscription “Press.”
Mijatovic wrote this on her Twitter page.
“Disgraceful and dangerous abuse of PRESS insignia! Journalists are not combatants,” Mijatovic said.
As reported, a video posted on Friday showed Porechenkov firing from the positions of militants at Ukrainian soldiers at the Donetsk airport.
