The OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) to Ukraine has sent a team of two observers to Mariupol, who have already started working in the town, the press service of the OSCE SMM to Ukraine has reported.
A mission representative said that two observers had been in Mariupol since yesterday night. He also said that another group of observers was also being sent to help them.
