OSCE finally registers shelling of Ukraine by Russia

The Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) has confirmed the shelling of Ukrainian territory from Russia, the OSCE press office has reported.
“In the past weeks, artillery detonations and shootings had been heard only from western and northern directions; but throughout the week for the first time observer teams reported light and heavy caliber shootings from the east and south-east areas which are also bordering Ukraine,” reads the report.
In addition, OSCE observers who are at the Gukovo and Donetsk checkpoints in Russia reported that from hosts groups of armed men regularly enter Ukraine from Russia, with injured military coming in the opposite direction.
