One unmanned aerial vehicle of the OSCE monitoring mission crashed in Donbas on October 29 after terrorists used signal jammers.
U.S. Ambassador to the OSCE Daniel Baer wrote this on his Twitter page.
“OSCE SMM head Ambassador [Ertugrul] Apakan announces OSCE UAVs hit by jammers as Russia-backed fighters attacked a Ukrainian checkpoint on October 29,” the ambassador wrote.
