Nuland to visit Russia May 17 to discuss Minsk deal implementation

U.S. Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs Victoria Nuland will visit Moscow on Tuesday to discuss the next steps to implement Minsk agreements in the Ukrainian Donbas, according to the website of the U.S. Department of State.
”On May 17, Assistant Secretary for European and Eurasian Affairs Victoria Nuland travels from Vienna, Austria, to Moscow, Russia. She will meet with senior Russian government officials to discuss the situation in eastern Ukraine and next steps to implement the Minsk agreements in support of the Normandy countries and the Trilateral Contact Group,” reads the report.
Nuland will also discuss a range of bilateral and regional issues with Russian officials, the U.S. State Department says.
After her Russian trip, Victoria Nuland will join Secretary of State John Kerry in Brussels, Belgium, on May 18-20.
