Not only weapons, but specialists needed for modernization of forces – Premier

Ukraine needs not only new equipment, but specialists for radical changes in the military organization system.
Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk said at an extended meeting of the government, a Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“The first issue is modernization of the military organization in Ukraine. And for this we have to get not only weapons, but specialists, able to change the quality logistics of the military organization,” he noted.
The military organization of Ukraine, according to Yatseniuk, is nothing else, but the post-Soviet Defense Ministry. “And so, without radical changes in the system, tens of billions more can be sent there, and to no avail,” he said.
