Negotiators agree on return of Ukrainian captives from Russia

A negotiator of the interdepartmental Center for exchange of prisoners at the Security Service of Ukraine Yuriy Tandyt said that there is an agreement on the return of Ukrainian prisoners from the territory of Russia.
“There is a preliminary agreement that we will start taking soldiers from the territory of Russia,” Tandyt said on air of the TV channel 112 Ukraine.
He also noted that following the pseudo-elections of terrorist “DPR” and “LPR,” difficulties emerged with the exchange of captives.
“We provide possibility for sending their representatives to that side, but following November 1, there were two small groups from the 31st and 32nd roadblocks, and the situation was suspended,” Tandyt noted, quoted by Novoye Vremia.
Earlier, the Center for exchange of prisoners informed that according to their data more than 700 persons are in captivity of terrorists.
