NATO General Petr Pavel has said that ”it is too early” to draw conclusions about the political actions of the newly elected President of the United States, Donald Trump, based only on his campaign statements.
”I believe that we have to clearly distinguish what has been said during the election campaign and what will follow after it,” he said in an interview with CBC.
”And at this stage, I will suggest that we have to demonstrate the awesome patience and calm to wait for new administration and especially for new policies to be articulated clearly. For us to react at this point I would see it`s premature,” he said.
