National Bank predicts economic decline in 2015 at 4.3%

The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) has predicted a decline in the Ukrainian economy in 2015 at 4.3%.
NBU Governor Valeria Hontareva said this at the Fifth Ukrainian Investment Forum on Thursday, a Ukrinform correspondent reported.
“I cannot tell you now about such things as economic growth, because such things will most likely look like a joke. We expect economic decline next year at 4.3%,” Hontareva said.
As reported, in early November, NBU improved the outlook for the Ukrainian economy in 2014 from minus 9% to minus 7%.
