More than half Luhansk residents leave city

More than half residents left Luhansk due to the arbitrariness of terrorists.
Deputy Director of the Luhansk city council department Oleksandr Savenko said, 24tv.ua informs.
“As of today, out of 464,070 of the city population, about 250,000 persons stay in Luhansk. These are the people, who due to these or other reasons could not leave the city and remain there in conditions of the humanitarian disaster,” Savenko said.
According to him, those wishing to leave the city may do this by the humanitarian corridor, which operates only unilaterally and is supported by the ATO forces.
Savenko also reminded that Luhansk for the third day is without electricity, water, mobile and landline telephone communication, as well as the Internet.
