Terrorists have violated the terms of the ceasefire in Donbas 50 times over the past 24 hours and again tried to seize the Donetsk airport, the press center for the anti-terrorist operation has reported.
“Trying to take control of the Donetsk airport militants focused their actions on attempts to destroy the communications between the defenders of this strategic facility and the main anti-terrorist operation forces. Last night the bandits repeatedly shelled with mortars the airport and our positions in the village of Pisky,” reads the statement.
According to the anti-terrorist operation headquarters, last evening militants made another attempt to assault the airport. The bandits’ attack was repulsed, and the strategic facility remains under Ukrainian control.
