Ukraine should restore Donbas by itself, if it is its region.
Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev said in an interview with the Russian newspaper Vedomosti.
“As to what is happening in southeastern Ukraine in economic terms. Production facilities are destroyed there in addition to houses. And how they will be restored is a very big problem. But Ukraine must deal with this, since Ukrainian authorities believe that these regions are a part of the country,” he said.
However, Medvedev said that Russia intends to continue its humanitarian mission “to help the southeastern regions of Ukraine”…
