In accordance with the submitted bids, on December 27, events with a massive participation of citizens will be held in the center of Kyiv. In this connection, the capital’s police will operate in enhanced mode.
The press service of the Interior Ministry of Ukraine in Kyiv informs about this.
“In order to maintain proper order in the government quarter, more than 2,100 police officers are involved, soldiers of the National Guard of Ukraine and representatives of public organizations,” a statement reads.
Law enforcers apply to the citizens – organizers and participants of mass actions – to respect the requirements of applicable law, not to create conflict situations and not to yield to possible provocations.
“The police will respond to any disrespect for the law and offenses, regardless of the status of offenders and political views,” the Interior Ministry said.
