Makiyivka colony shelled by militants, four dead

As a result of shelling of the Makiyivka Penitentiary No.32, four prisoners were killed.
Spokesperson of the State Penitentiary Service of Ukraine Kateryna Denysiuk told a Ukrinform correspondent.
“During the firing with artillery shells of the territory of the Makiyivka Penitentiary, two prisoners were killed, eight were wounded. Two of them were in serious condition and died in the hospital today,” Denysiuk said.
According to her, the terrorists fired two shells at the colony and one of them hit the second floor of a residential building.
There are no data on victims among workers of the penitentiary institution.
“The situation remains difficult, but manageable. The institution is provided with food and water, the convicted are provided with psychological help,” the Spokesperson said.
