Militants of the “Luhansk People’s Republic”(“LPR”) stopped coal supplies of five companies of Luhansk to Ukrainian consumers, but the raw materials are taken in Russia.
Spokesman of the NSDC Information-Analytical Center Andriy Lysenko told a briefing, Ukrinform reports.
“Terrorists of the “LPR” “blocked the delivery of coal for enterprises of Luhansvuhillia, Donbasantratsit, Antratsit, Rovenkyantratsit, Sverdlovantratsit to Ukrainian consumers and exported coal to Russia,”Lysenko said.
He noted that these actions fall under the signs of robbery, smuggling and discourage of legitimate business. For each such fact the Prosecutor General’s Office conducts a pre-trial investigation.
