Local budgets see almost UAH 39 bln increase in revenue

Revenue of the general funds of Ukraine`s local budgets, excluding transfers, in January-October of 2016 amounted to UAH 117.3 billion, which was 49.1%, or UAH 38.6 billion, more that in the same period last year (in comparable conditions), according to Ukraine`s Finance Ministry.

In its estimates, the ministry excluded territories beyond government control.

The amount of revenue received in the past 10 months accounted for 96.5% of the annual volumes, according to the budgets approved by local councils, the ministry said.

As of November 1, the local budgets received UAH 150.6 billion in intergovernmental disbursements, accounting for 97.2% of target volumes for this period.

As UNIAN reported earlier, last year, this indicator was estimated at UAH 99.8 billion.
