Local budgets receive UAH 70 million from registrations– Justice Ministry

Local governments have received UAH 70 million in revenues in three months, due to these governments being granted the authority to register businesses and real estate transactions, a UNIAN correspondent reported, citing Justice Minister Pavlo Petrenko.

”With regard to the Gotovo document service center [literally, `Ready`], it is an example of real decentralization, which was launched earlier this year. I would like to recall that the Ministry of Justice has transferred all its powers over registration of businesses and real estate to local authorities,” Petrenko said.

The minister noted that the Gotovo document service center is a multifunctional service providing more than 100 different administrative services to Ukrainian citizens who live in Kyiv and Kyiv region. Thanks to its operating nationwide, any Ukrainian citizen is able to register a company or business here, as well as his property”, Petrenko noted.
