Lithuanian President Dalia Grybauskaite has recorded a video message in which she congratulated Ukraine on its 25th anniversary of independence.
The video with Grybauskaite`s message in Ukrainian was posted on Facebook by the Lithuanian Embassy in Ukraine.
”Twenty-five years ago, your nation decided to create independent Ukraine. Protect its unity on the difficult path of reform. Create your own country and inspire others by your example,” she said.
”Aim for a country about which you dream. Stay resolute. You have chosen the right path. Lithuania is with you. Slava Ukraini! [Glory to Ukraine],” Grybauskaite added.
