Leader of Luhansk terrorists leaves his ‘republic’

The head of the so-called “Luhansk People’s Republic”, Valery Bolotov has resigned supposedly because of his wound.
He announced this on Thursday.
“Soberly assessing my strength, I have decided to temporarily leave the post of the head of the Luhansk People’s Republic. The consequences of the wound do not allow me to work with total efficiency for the benefit of Luhansk in a difficult time of war,” the leader of Luhansk militants lamented.
Now the “great honor” to lead the Luhansk terrorists, he said, is proposed to “LPR defence minister” Igor Plotnitsky.
Bolotov headed the terrorist “Luhansk People’s Republic” since May 18, 2014. At the end of April 2014 the European Union included him into the sanction list: he was denied EU entry, and his assets were frozen.
