KYIV, August 1 /Ukrinform /. People’s deputy of the Batkivshchyna party Oleksandr Bryhynets introduced a bill lifting the ban on the conscription of members of the Verkhovna Rada.
According to him, the prohibition to call up lawmakers deprives them of the right to defend their country and causes resentment among voters.
