Militants, who yesterday shelled positions of Ukrainian military on the territory of the Donetsk airport, were destroyed by the fire of the ATO forces’ artillery units.
The ATO press center informs.
“According to verified information, as a result of a fire raid, four tanks of separatists were destroyed or damaged, as well as two armored vehicles, two howitzers D-30, one infantry combat vehicle and up to 200 militants,” a publication reads.
Thanks to cooperation among subunits, which fulfill a task at the Donetsk airport, and fire support subunits, the ATO forces continue defending the strategic object over a long period.
