Law enforcement staff start anti-terrorist special operation in Kharkiv after blast on Monday

A special operation is being conducted to search for and arrest those involved in the bombings near Moskovsky district court in Kharkiv last Monday, Security Advisor to the Chairman of Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) Markiyan Lubkivsky reported on his Facebook page.
“Head of SBU and Interior Minister inform on setting up a separate headquarters consisting of representatives from SBU, Internal Ministry and prosecutors in connection with an explosion in Kharkiv. A special operation is announced to search for and arrest attackers. Ongoing emergency anti-terrorist operations are being carried out. We ask all to remain calm and show perseverance,” Lubkivsky said.
“As of 21.45 on Monday, 14 persons were wounded in the blast, four of them are in critical condition in medical facilities,” the official said.
