Latvia`s armed forces have spotted a Russian navy warship near the country`s border, the armed forces reported on their Twitter page.
”On July 18, Russian tow vessel Neptune was spotted about four nautical miles from the border of Latvia,” the statement says.
This is not the first time Russian ships have been spotted near the Baltic state`s borders.
”On June 1, Latvian armed forces spotted two Russian Parchim-class corvettes seven nautical miles away from Latvia`s border,” reads the statement.
