Klimkin: all occupied areas of Donbass controlled from Russia

Ukraine`s Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin said that the occupied parts of the Donetsk and Luhansk region have no actual representatives, because these areas are controlled from the Russian Rostov and Moscow.

”[Occupied areas of] Donetsk and Luhansk have no separate representatives. Donetsk and Luhansk today are the occupied part of Donbas. Military-wise, it is controlled from Rostov, but in terms of politics it is controlled from Moscow. Therefore, there do not exist any separate representatives wit their separate statements,” said Klimkin in an interview with TV Channel 24.

He also called on the media to focus on what is happening in Normandy format rather than take into account any statements voiced by those who have no relation to this format whatsoever.
