Inflation back in Ukraine in March – prices rise 1%

The State Statistics Service reports on a 1% inflation recorded in Ukraine in March 2016 compared with the previous month, after a 0.4% deflation in February compared to January 2016.

As reported on the website of the State Statistics Service of Ukraine, the inflation in March 2016 slowed down year over year from 32.7% recorded the previous month to 20.9%.
Since the beginning of the year, in January-March, consumer prices in Ukraine rose by 1.5%, the report reads.
