Industrial production in Ukraine shrinks by 9.4% in ten months

Industrial production in Ukraine in January-October 2014 shrank by 9.4% compared to the same period last year, the State Statistics Service of Ukraine has reported.
According to the service, in October 2014, industrial production grew by 7.5% compared to the previous month, but fell by 16.3% compared with October 2013.
As reported, in September 2014, industrial production fell by 16.6% compared to September 2013. In 2013, industrial production fell by 4.7% compared with 2012.
The government forecasts the current decline in GDP at 7%.
