IMF mission to work in Kyiv from December 9

A mission of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) led by Nikolay Gueorguiev will work in Kyiv in the period from December 9 to December 18.
IMF Resident Representative in Ukraine Jerome Vacher said this in a statement, RBC-Ukraine reported.
“Following initial technical discussions completed during November 11-25, the mission will begin policy discussions with the Ukrainian authorities in the context of the Fund-supported economic reform program,” reads the statement.
As reported, on Wednesday, December 3, Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk instructed the Finance Ministry to invite the IMF mission to Ukraine to resume negotiations on cooperation.
