Hryvnia quotations against the dollar on the interbank currency market on Friday strengthened to UAH 25.42/25.49 to the dollar by the close of trade, a broker at a commercial bank has told an UNIAN correspondent.
Hryvnia quotes against the euro settled at UAH 28.7700/28.8470, while those against the Russian ruble have settled at UAH 0.3880/0.3890.
According to the National Bank of Ukraine, the weighted average exchange rate of the hryvnia as of 16:00 was UAH 25.4522 to the dollar, with 491 deals concluded by this time worth a total of $248.15 million.
