Government will supply gas, electricity to Donbas districts, controlled by terrorists

Kyiv will not cut the territories, controlled by terrorists in Donetsk and Luhansk regions, from electric and gas supply.
Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk told, while opening the government meeting Wednesday, a Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“These are our citizens there. The government will not allow these people to freeze. This will lead to a humanitarian catastrophe. These are our territories, our people, we will deal with terrorists separately. We will supply gas and electricity there,” he noted.
However, Yatseniuk noted, immediately following renewal of Ukraine’s control on these territories, the amount of funds, accumulated by the government for payment of social benefits and subsidies, will be cut by the cost of electric energy and gas, which is now supplied to temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions. “I think that this is fair,” he believes.
