Ukrainian military have repelled an attempted assault near Smile, sustaining losses.
Director of the Center for Military and Political Studies Dmytro Tymchuk reported this on his Facebook page.
“Near the settlement of Smile terrorists made an attempted massive assault on the positions of the anti-terrorist operation forces, using heavy weapons. All attacks were repulsed. There are losses on both sides,” he wrote.
