The State Employment Service has suspended the decision of the Kyiv city employment center to cancel a work permit for a citizen of Canada, a TV host of a political panel show Savik Shuster.
The relevant decision was taken by the State Employment Service in response to Shuster`s written appeal, the press service said.
It is noted that, by adopting order No. 54, the Kyiv city employment center acted within its powers, exclusively within the legal field.
”I have received an appeal from a citizen Savik Shuster, and in response to this document, we suspend the decision of the order to ascertain the circumstances. Thus, as of today,Shuster`s work permit No. 43388 is valid until circumstances ascertained,” said Acting Chairman of the State Employment Service Serhiy Kravchenko.
