EU court to announce decision on sanctions against Yanukovych, Klyuyev in September

On September 15, the General Court of the European Union (EU) will announce its decision on the complaint of former Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych, his son Oleksandr and former head of the Presidential Administration of Ukraine Andriy Klyuyev on the application of the EU sanctions against them, the court told a UNIAN correspondent.

”The court will make its decision on the cases of former President Yanukovych (T-346/14), his son Oleksandr (T-348/14) and Andriy Klyuyev (T-340/14) at 15:00 on September 15,” the report said.

As UNIAN reported earlier, in June, the Ukrainian side filed appeals against the procedural decisions of the EU`s General Court in cases against Yanukovych`s family.

Earlier, the EU`s General Court lifted sanctions against Viktor Yanukovych, the deceased youngest son of the former president of Ukraine, which were imposed in 2014.
