President of the European Parliament Martin Schulz has called the release of Ukrainian pilot Nadia Savchenko, who was illegally convicted in Russia, a good signal and news for her family, friends, and the whole Ukraine.
”We have been waiting for Nadia Savchenko freedom for a long time. A good signal and news today for her family, friends and whole Ukraine,” Schulz wrote on Twitter.
What is more, former Swedish Foreign Minister Carl Bildt warmly welcomed overdue return of Nadia Savchenko to Ukraine after her imprisonment in Russia.
”I warmly welcome overdue return of Nadezhda Savchenko to Ukraine after her imprisonment in Russia,” he tweeted.
