Chief of National Police`s Donetsk regional division Vyacheslav Abroskin reports that militants of the Donetsk People`s Republic (DPR) terrorist organization have attacked a residential area in the town of Avdiyivka with the use of artillery systems.
”Avdiyivka. 10:30. The DPR militants launched an artillery strike on the residential sector. Near Nakhimov Lane. House No. 9 has been partly damaged,” he wrote on Facebook on Tuesday.
Investigators from the Avdiyivka police station are working on the site. ”Information about casualties is being verified,” Abroskin said.
As UaPosition reported earlier, the combined Russian-separatist forces attacked Ukrainian army positions in eastern Ukraine 61 times in the past 24 hours, which is almost half more than in the previous day and night.
