The Russian military and terrorists are holding a rotation and regrouping in the occupied territories in Donbas.
National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) information and analytical center spokesman Andriy Lysenko said this at a briefing on Thursday, Ukrinform’s correspondent reported.
“The Ukrainian military are recording the regrouping of the Russian Armed Forces and terrorists in the border area and settlements temporarily controlled by militants,” Lysenko said.
He said that part of Russian troops had been removed from Ukraine. “Along with the rotation of Russian troops, more than ten trucks with personnel and two fuel trucks left Ukrainian territory,” Lysenko said.
