International audit company Deloitte would review consolidated statements of NJSC Naftogas of Ukraine based on international financial reporting standards and would audit its accounting and taxation reports.

According to Naftogas: “Financial statements of NJSC Naftogas of Ukraine would be reviewed according to the international financial reporting standards and accounting and taxation reports would be audited by independent auditor Deloitte, one of four biggest world audit firms. The auditor was selected through an open tender”.
The press service clarified that Deloitte would audit financial statements of NJSC Naftogas of Ukraine and its branches for 2014, quarterly and annual financial statements for 2015, and also accounting and taxation reports.
Deloitte’s services would cost UAH2.28 million. The contract was concluded for the period until July 1, 2016.
