EU Energy Commissioner Guenther Oettinger insists that Russia will not prevent reverse gas supplies to Ukraine.
He told this to the German newspaper Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung in an interview.
Oettinger made it clear that the EU will not allow Russia’s attempts to prevent reverse gas supplies from Europe to Ukraine.
According to him, the EU market rules allow Ukraine to buy gas from the EU and European energy concerns, according to the Deutsche Welle.
