CEC counts 99.49% of ballots in Ukraine’s parliamentary elections

The Central Election Commission has processed 99.49% of electronic protocols from precinct election commissions as of 09.00 on Thursday, according to the commission’s website.
The People’s Front, which won 22.16% of the vote (3,478,144 votes), holds the lead, whereas the Bloc of Petro Poroshenko is second, with 21.82% of the vote (3,425,138 votes). Samopomich Union is third, with 10.98% of the vote (1,724,475 votes).
The Opposition Bloc (9.4%, or 1,476,106 votes), Oleh Liashko’s Radical Party (7.44%, or 1,168,766 votes) and Batkivshchyna All-Ukrainian Union (5.68%, 891,670 votes) also win parliamentary seats.
Svoboda does not overcome the 5% electoral threshold, garnering 4.71% of the vote (740,001 votes).
Electronic protocols have not been fully transferred from 14 more district election commissions: in particular, three each from Odesa and Donetsk regions, two from Luhansk region, and one each from Vinnytsia, Zhytomyr, Kyiv, Mykolaiv, Kharkiv and Cherkasy regions.
